Where to  put the pads?

They could be put in each muscle and point. Keep the pads away from heart, positions above head and neck, throat and mouth. 
 
How long the pads last?

Pads can be used for 30-40 times at home, it depends on different situations. In hospital, they can only be used for not more than 10 times.

What should we do if there is no function during using?

A. Someone may feel stressed for the first using. If this feeling lasts exceeding one minute, please move the pads a little. Sometimes, indirect stimulation will affect sensitive position of the body.
B. Check the battery if there is any need to change the battery or charge the battery.
C. Check the pads carefully. If the pads become soiled or dirty, the adhesive power may decrease. In this case, moisten the surface of the pads with water and wipe away the dirty portion (do not wash them with water directly, oil and soap). This will allow a temporary restoration of the adhesive power. However, too much water will result in loss of the adhesive power.
 
I put the massage pads on my shoulders,but the massage sensation feels uncomfortable. What should I do?

First, you probably have a lot of tension in that area. Often people don't realize that they have tension until they get a massage. If the uncomfortable feeling persists for more than a minute or two, move the massage pads over or down a little. Sometimes, an indirect massage is necessary for your really sensitive areas.
Second, the massage pads may be worn out and need replacement. If they look good and have good adhesiveness, your battery may be getting low. More massage pads can be ordered.

How do I know when to replace the Gel Pads?

With time the Gel Pads pick up skin debris and may need to be replaced as this makes the workout less effective and less comfortable.
You may notice the signal is weakening even if the batteries are OK. This usually indicates that the Gel Pads are wearing and will soon need replacing. You can check this by first adjusting the belt to ensure correct positioning of the Gel Pads. If the problem persists, try using the unit with a new battery pack. If the signal is still weak or uncomfortable, you should order new Gel Pads.
